Customers shipping orders back to the store for a refund or exchange are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective or not as described/ordered. When returning items such as shoes that come in a box, please ensure they are placed inside a second box or shipping envelope. Please refrain from attaching the return label directly to the shoe box. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee.
