How can I return my item?

For orders within Canada, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange or gift card. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers shipping orders back to the store for a refund or exchange are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective or not as described/ordered. Customers are encouraged to add shipping insurance and provide us with the tracking number to start the return process. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for online orders.

When returning items such as shoes that come in a box, please ensure they are placed inside a second box or shipping envelope. Please refrain from attaching the return label directly to the shoe box.  Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee.
